CHILE (Web Desk) - A skydiver from Thailand has set a new world record by landing on the world’s highest active volcano.
According to Guinness World Records, the Thai skydiver successfully landed on the world’s highest active volcano in Chile, establishing a new global record.
Guinness World Records stated that 48-year-old Tanaboworn Sirikunakornkun, also known as “Super Tom,” landed on Ojos del Salado, an active volcano standing at an altitude of 5,442 feet above sea level.

The skydiver made the jump on March 14, surpassing the previous record set in 2023 for landing on a 5,317-foot-high volcano.
According to media reports, the skydiver is professionally involved in the real estate business and also works as a university professor.
He began skydiving in 2024 and had previously completed 1,250 skydives before achieving the record.
