SHAKARPUR (Dunya News) - Police claimed to have arrested six members, including five women and a man, of a gang of human traffickers, who lured women of Punjab villages and cities with jobs and works, and sold them in different areas of Sindh.
The main suspect identified as Ashiq Jattoi would lure women with jobs and works from Punjab and sell them in different villages and cities of Sindh. His accomplices, who are all women, have also been apprehended with their mobile phones they used for human smuggling.
New Police have registered a case and started investigation. According to police, the gang was active for quite some time. Police were expecting more arrests.
