ISLAMABAD (APP) - Jazz, Pakistan’s leading connectivity provider from JazzWorld, and the Canteen Stores Department (CSD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish Jazz Facilitation Centers across selected CSD locations nationwide, marking a strategic step forward in expanding access to digital and financial services across the country.
The collaboration is a part of Jazz’s Channel Planning Modern Trade initiative, aimed at strengthening its retail footprint by leveraging CSD’s extensive and trusted network of high-footfall outlets.
Through this partnership, both organizations seek to bring essential telecom and digital financial services closer to customers in a more convenient, reliable, and integrated manner.
Under the agreement, Jazz Facilitation Centers will be established at designated CSD locations across Pakistan. These centers will provide a wide range of services including SIM-related support, customer facilitation, and JazzCash-enabled digital financial services.
The initiative aims to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience by consolidating multiple service touchpoints under one roof.
Speaking on the collaboration, Kazim Mujtaba, President Jazz GSM, said the partnership reflected Jazz’s continued focus on expanding its service ecosystem through strategic retail collaborations.
“Our goal is to make Jazz and JazzCash services more accessible to customers across Pakistan by integrating them into trusted retail environments like CSD.

We are further strengthening CSD’s role as a one-stop retail destination for the public by hosting Jazz Facilitation Centers at selected locations.”
The initiative underscores a shared vision of promoting digital inclusion and improving last-mile connectivity. It also reflects a broader commitment by both organizations to drive innovation in service delivery and enhance customer experience through meaningful public-private partnerships.
