Pakistani runner Waqar Ahmad defended his title at the Seychelles Trail Run, completing the challenging 22-kilometre course in 2 hours and 11 minutes.

SEYCHELLES (Dunya News) - Pakistani runner Waqar Ahmad successfully defended his title at the annual Seychelles Trail Run held in the African island nation of Seychelles.

Competing in the demanding 22-kilometre race, Waqar Ahmad completed the course in 2 hours and 11 minutes to secure first position in the international event.

The trail run featured challenging terrain, with participants navigating through mountains, forests and coastal tracks during the competition.

South African runner Daniel Claasen finished second after completing the race in 2 hours and 13 minutes.

Waqar Ahmad’s victory marked another achievement for Pakistan in international endurance sports competitions.
