ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has issued new guidelines for students seeking admission to medical and dental institutions abroad.
According to PMDC, a minimum of 50 percent marks in the MDCAT or an equivalent foreign examination has been made mandatory.
The council further stated that candidates must have at least 60 percent marks in FSc Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification.
PMDC directed all students applying to foreign institutions to strictly comply with the revised criteria.
Students have been instructed to complete online registration to become eligible for provisional registration and NRE certification. The council also advised applicants to visit the official PMDC website for further information.
