KARACHI (Dunya News) - Gold prices in the local market increased on Thursday in line with gains in the international bullion market, according to jewellers.
The price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,000 per tola, reaching Rs492,362, while the rate for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs858 to settle at Rs422,121.
In the international market, gold prices climbed by 10 dollars per ounce, taking the global rate to 4,700 dollars per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices also witnessed an upward trend in the domestic market, with the price per tola increasing by Rs65 to reach Rs9,204.
