WASHINGTON (Dunya News) - The White House has invited Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Apple CEO Tim Cook to join US President Donald Trump during his upcoming visit to China later this week.
According to a Bloomberg report, a White House official said that several prominent business leaders are also expected to be part of Trump’s delegation.
These include Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, Blackstone Chairman Stephen Schwarzman, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser, and Meta Platforms executive Dina Powell McCormick.

The report stated that the delegation, comprising more than a dozen senior business executives, will accompany President Trump to China, where the US president is hoping to secure a range of commercial agreements and purchasing deals with Beijing.
According to the report, the companies involved did not immediately comment on the matter.
President Trump is scheduled to visit China from May 13 to 15, in what is being described as a renewed diplomatic outreach effort despite the complex relationship between Washington and Beijing.
