ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast mainly hot and dry weather across most parts of the country during next 24 hours, with very hot conditions expected in southern regions.
However, there are chances of isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm in Kashmir and adjoining areas.
According to the forecast, Islamabad and its surroundings are expected to remain hot and dry. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper districts will experience hot and dry weather, while southern districts are likely to remain very hot.
In Punjab, mainly hot and dry conditions will prevail across most districts, whereas southern parts may face very hot weather accompanied by dust-raising winds. Sindh is expected to remain very hot and dry in most districts.
Similarly, Balochistan will witness hot and dry weather in most areas, with very hot conditions in southern districts.
In Kashmir, partly cloudy weather is expected with chances of isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm during the afternoon, while Gilgit-Baltistan will remain partly cloudy and dry.
