LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken strict notice of the incident in which a lift collapsed at an under-construction plaza near Liberty Market, resulting in the death of two labourers.
The chief minister has ordered a thorough investigation into the incident and directed the authorities concerned to submit a report at the earliest. She further instructed that strict action be taken against those found responsible for negligence.
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives, the chief minister extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families of the deceased labourers.
