MULTAN (Dunya News) – A woman was killed and her husband injured during a house robbery, near Nawaz Sharif Agriculture University here on Thursday.
According to police, dacoits entered the house of the woman identified as Rukhsana Bibi, and opened fire, killing the woman on the spot. Her husband sustained severe injuries and was admitted to hospital.
Having being informed, police reached the crime scene and started investigation by collecting forensic evidence and recording statements from family members.
Police teams have been formed to arrest the robbers. People of the area have demanded police enhance security in the area and ensure protection of life and property of the citizens.
