GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – A suspected outlaw wanted in 34 cases of heinous crimes was killed in an alleged encounter with Crime Control Department (CCD), Dunya News reported here on Thursday.
According to CCD, accused identified as Ali Hamza had become a symbol of terror and area people were terrified of him. On information, police raided his hiding place. To see police party, he and his accomplices opened fire, which was returned by police.
As a result of this exchange of fire, Ali Hamza was killed and his accomplices escaped. Police sent his body to hospital for medicolegal procedure, and were conducting raids for arresting the fleeing suspects.
