LAHORE (Dunya News) – The results of the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination 2025 have been announced, with only 355 candidates successfully clearing the written stage, reflecting a pass rate of 2.67 per cent.
According to the Federal Public Service Commission, a total of 12,792 candidates appeared in the examination. Out of these, only 355 candidates passed the written component.
The commission has recommended 170 candidates for appointment, including 84 male and 86 female candidates.
In the merit list, Asid Rafiq secured the first position, followed by Muhammad Mohsin Khalid in second place, while Tariq Hafeez stood third.
The top 30 position holders have been allocated to key occupational groups, including the Pakistan Administrative Service and Police Service of Pakistan. However, none of the top 30 candidates were allocated to the Foreign Service of Pakistan.
Region-wise, 23 candidates among the top 30 belong to Punjab, while Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa secured two candidates each. Three candidates from Balochistan also made it to the top 30.
