SARGODHA (Dunya News) - A sessions court in Sargodha has sentenced a convict, Kashif, to death for his involvement in the murder of trader Khawaja Faheem.
After completion of the trial, the court found the accused guilty and ordered his transfer to jail, stating that the verdict fulfills the requirements of justice.
The court also directed the convict to pay Rs200,000 as compensation to the victim’s family.
According to police, the incident occurred three years ago in Satellite Town, where the accused killed the trader following a minor dispute. A case had been registered at Satellite Town Police Station.
