Pakistan adjusts 45 Gulf flights as Iran-US talks influence air operations; Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and Peshawar airports affected due to passenger demand changes and schedule updates

PAKISTAN (Web Desk) - A total of 45 flights to and from Gulf countries have been temporarily adjusted across different airports in Pakistan.

According to airport sources, evolving developments linked to Iran-US talks have led to operational adjustments in air services, resulting in revised flight schedules across multiple routes.

From Lahore Airport, 9 flights operating to and from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Bahrain, Kuwait and Fujairah were cancelled. From Islamabad Airport, 12 flights were cancelled, while Karachi saw 18 and Peshawar 6 flight cancellations.

Sources stated that there has been a sudden decline in passenger numbers on UAE routes. Due to insufficient passenger load, several flights are being cancelled.
