KARACHI (Dunya News) – A man was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Shahrah-e-Faisal, near a hotel, police said here on Monday.
The man was identified as Sarang, 37. His dead body was shifted to hospital for medicolegal procedure.
Police received a distress call that a middle aged man was gunned down. Law enforcers and rescuers scrambled to the crime scene. Police collected forensic evidence and recorded statements from eyewitnesses to reach out to the fleeing attackers.
Police were investigating looking at all possible angles. A manhunt was launched to track down the murderers. Police have expressed confidence to arrest the culprits at the earliest in order to provide the bereaved family with justice.
