ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Owing to the closure of the Red Zone a significant change has been made to the decision regarding keeping the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) and Islamabad High Court (IHC) open. This decision has been revised and both courts will remain closed today (Tuesday).
According to the Registrar of the Islamabad High Court, it has now been decided to keep the Islamabad High Court closed today (Tuesday). The decision was taken due to the closure of the Red Zone.
Just a few hours ago, the Registrar’s Office had informed the media that the Islamabad High Court would remain open, but it has now revised its decision and announced that the court will be closed today.
A similar change has also been made regarding the Federal Constitutional Court. It has now been decided that the Federal Constitutional Court will also remain closed today. According to the Registrar, this decision was also taken due to the closure of the Red Zone.
The Registrar’s Office has once again informed the media about the closure of the courts.
