Three suspects arrested for spying for Indian agency RAW

Security forces arrest 3 suspects spying for India’s RAW, lured via social media and money. Sensitive data shared; cases filed under Official Secrets Act, sentences awarded.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Security agencies have arrested three individuals involved in espionage activities for India’s intelligence agency RAW during an operation.

According to security sources, the suspects belong to Narowal, Bahawalpur, and Neelum district of Azad Kashmir.

Sources said the accused confessed that they were lured through social media apps using women and financial incentives to gain access to sensitive information.

Payments were reportedly transferred to them through crypto wallets and bank accounts.

Security officials further stated that the arrested individuals admitted to being in continuous contact with women linked to RAW.

Cases have been registered against them under the Official Secrets Act.

After legal proceedings, the accused have also been awarded sentences.
