QUETTA (Dunya News) – Light rain in Quetta and its surrounding areas has turned the weather pleasant, with more showers expected across several parts of Balochistan, according to the Meteorological Department.
Officials said that Zhob, Musa Khel, Qilla Saifullah, Qilla Abdullah, Pishin and Quetta are likely to receive rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms. Similar weather conditions, including gusty winds and thunder, are also forecast for Ziarat, Loralai, Barkhan, Turbat, Kech and Gwadar.
The Met Office further warned that hailstorms may occur at isolated locations.
Over the past 24 hours, minimum temperatures recorded were 7°C in Quetta and Kalat, while Ziarat reported 5°C and Zhob 11°C. In Sibi, the minimum temperature was 17°C, whereas Turbat recorded 20°C.
Additionally, Nokundi recorded 20°C, Chaman 12°C, Gwadar 19°C and Jiwani 22°C as minimum temperatures.
