Pakistan halted its operations (Web Desk) - Federal Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal has refuted social media reports that Pakistan halted its operations against Afghan Taliban.
“The reality is the opposite. In view of the current regional situation, sharing Pakistan Air Force and drone footage with the media has been temporarily stopped.
The purpose of this decision is to safeguard national security and operational strategy, not to halt the operations,” he wrote in a post on X.

Earlier, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said that the security forces have killed 331 combatants of the Afghan Taliban regime and more than 500 injured so far in Operation Ghazab lil-Haq.
In a post on X on Saturday morning, the federal minister stated that during the ongoing operation, 104 check posts of the Afghan Taliban were destroyed while 22 were taken over by Pakistani forces. He further claimed that Pakistani forces had destroyed 163 tanks and military vehicles belonging to the Afghan Taliban.
The minister noted that around 37 locations across Afghanistan were also targeted by air, effectively.
