LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced a new management structure for the national hockey team, appointing Olympic medalist Khawaja Junaid as the head coach.
In a meeting with players, team management, and heads of development committees, PHF’s ad hoc president, Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, extended his support to the team and encouraged the players to focus solely on their performance to bring glory to the nation.
He assured that all necessary facilities and resources would be provided to the players, while the federation would handle all administrative matters.
Wani further emphasized that the federation would take full responsibility for both the good and bad decisions made, ensuring players would not face unnecessary pressure.
He also stated that the PHF would handle logistics, coordination, and all other off-field operations to allow the players to concentrate entirely on their game.
