ATC declares 30 PTI workers proclaimed offenders in Nov 26 protest case

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has declared 30 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers as proclaimed offenders in November 26 protest case.

The ATC conducted hearings for five cases registered against PTI workers in the November 26 protest. Proceedings against 31 PTI workers, declared proclaimed offenders, had begun during the previous session. Today, one worker appeared in court, leading to the termination of proceedings against him.

The court has adjourned the hearing for the Khana police station case until April 2, while the Margalla police station case has been postponed until April 4.

Additionally, the Kohsar police station case has been deferred to March 26, and the Tarnol and Aabpara police station cases have been postponed to March 10.

No witness testimonies were recorded today due to the unavailability of police records. The cases against PTI workers include charges related to terrorism, vandalism, and other offenses.
