(Web Desk) – Cricket player Imad Wasim has sent a legal notice to his ex-wife Sania Ashfaq days after she leaked his WhatsApp and hurled serious allegations.
Advocate Alia Zareen Abbasi said all allegations made by Imad Wasim’s ex-wife are baseless and have been completely rejected.
She further stated that medical records have been obtained, which confirm that the claim of a forced miscarriage is false. In this regard, a formal legal notice has been sent to Sania Ashfaq.
The lawyer also stated that the decision to travel to the United States in November 2023 for the World Cup was made with mutual consent between the couple, a fact that can be verified by the relevant doctors.
Furthermore, the full record of tours to the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and England in November 2023 has been acquired and will be presented in court.
She added that the couple separated in November 2024 due to mutual differences, and at that time, Sania Ashfaq was pregnant. Therefore, they waited until the child’s birth.
The lawyer emphasized that throughout this period, all expenses were borne by Imad Wasim. Their son was born in July 2025, and Imad Wasim continues to bear full responsibility for all three children.
