ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Opposition leader in the National Assembly Mahmood Khan Achakzai emphasized that it was necessary for the patient Imran Khan’s personal physician and family members to meet and be involved.
The inside details of a briefing held at PIMS Hospital involving Allama Nasir Abbas and Barrister Gohar Ali have surfaced, according to sources.
Sources revealed that Mahmood Khan Achakzai directed Barrister Gohar Ali to contact Dr Asim for information. Dr Asim reportedly stated that he was only informed of the matter through a phone call and was given limited details.
With Achakzai’s assistance, a meeting was arranged at PIMS with Dr Nadeem. During the discussion, Dr Nadeem Qureshi briefed Allama Nasir Abbas and Barrister Gohar Ali about the health condition of the PTI founder.
Sources further said that Barrister Gohar Ali later updated Achakzai on the situation.
