LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has reduced the electricity export rate by 66 paisa for net metering customers.

The LESCO’s IT Directorate has issued a notification in this regard, stating that the export rate per unit has been reduced from Rs25.98 to Rs25.32.

The new billing policy will take effect from the January 2026 billing cycle. Additionally, there will be a restriction on the export of units exceeding the approved DG capacity.
