ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, visited Naval Headquarters in Islamabad on Tuesday, where he held official talks with Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff.
Upon arrival, Lieutenant General Haftar was formally received by Admiral Ashraf. The two leaders engaged in detailed discussions on matters of mutual interest, focusing on the evolving regional maritime security landscape and avenues to enhance bilateral defence cooperation.
