LAHORE (Dunya News) - The post-mortem report of a mother and her nine-month-old daughter, who died after falling into a sewerage line near Data Darbar at Bhati Gate, has been released.
According to the post-mortem report, both victims suffered severe head injuries.
The woman, identified as Saadia, also sustained a fracture to her right shoulder, while multiple injury marks were found on her back, indicating the severity of the fall.

The report revealed that the infant, Rida Fatima, had a fractured neck bone.
Medical experts confirmed that the cause of death for both was extensive head and neck injuries caused by the fall into the sewerage line.
Sources said the post-mortems were conducted by a female doctor, after which the report was sealed.
