HANGU (Dunya News) – Two alleged miscreants, including a proclaimed offender, were arrested during an intelligence-based operation jointly conducted by police and Frontier Corps (FC) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa district of Hangu on Friday.
According to the DPO Hangu, the police and Frontier Corps carried out the operation in the Dallan area on intelligence report. The action was taken at locations where the presence of Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists had been reported.
The security forces completely demolished the residences of suspected terrorists in the area by using explosives. During the operation, the entire area was cordoned off and a comprehensive search operation was conducted, in which two suspects, including a proclaimed offender, were arrested.
The DPO Hangu further stated that three rifles, two pistols, and 101 rounds of ammunition were recovered from the possession of the arrested suspects.
