ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Saturday held a telephone conversation with Bangladesh’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Touhid Hossain, during which both sides reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation.
According to the Foreign Office, the two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, including bilateral relations, trade, and economic cooperation. They agreed to further strengthen collaboration in various sectors for the mutual benefit of both countries.
During the telephonic contact, Ishaq Dar and Touhid Hossain also exchanged views on regional and international developments, underscoring the importance of dialogue and cooperation in addressing shared challenges.
Both leaders expressed their resolve to work together for regional peace, stability, and prosperity, and agreed to continue close engagement on issues of common interest.
