SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Five members of a family died after their car rammed into a roadside stationary tractor-trolley on Daska Road, Dunya News reported here on Saturday night.
According to police, the car collided with the tractor-trolley loaded with bricks on Daska Road, resulting in the death of five people and the injury of another.
The horrific road accident occurred near a petrol station near Ghoyanki. According to initial reports, a tractor-trolley loaded with bricks was parked on the side of the road when a car coming from the direction of Daska hit it.
Two children were among the five people who died in the accident. As soon as the incident was reported, several vehicles and rescue personnel from 1122 Sialkot reached the scene of the accident.
Rescue teams are continuing rescue operations in addition to providing medical aid to the injured and retrieving the bodies.
An investigation has been launched to determine the causes of the accident.
