LONDON (Web Desk) – Six armed robbers rammed their way into the Bucherer Rolex Boutique in Knightsbridge, central London, in a morning raid that has shocked the city.
The gang, all wearing motorcycle helmets, used a stolen motorcycle to smash into the shop shortly before 11:00am on Tuesday.
Once inside, they threatened staff and members of the public with weapons including machetes before making off on four mopeds parked outside.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police’s Flying Squad were on scene within minutes and are working at pace to trace the suspects. Detective Chief Inspector Scott Mather confirmed that investigators are analysing CCTV from inside and outside the store, and forensic teams are collecting evidence to piece together the offenders’ movements. No arrests have been made so far, and the force has appealed for witnesses to come forward, quoting reference 2313/20Jan.
Images and video from the site show smashed glass cabinets and a stolen motorcycle left inside the store. Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, with one security guard noting the crash resembled a road traffic accident before realising the shop had been ram-raided.
The store is located about 50 metres from Harrods, in a busy area of London.
The raiders stole a number of high-value Rolex watches, though no injuries were reported.
Police continue to investigate, with officers determined to identify and bring those responsible to justice.
