LAHORE (Muhammad Ashfaq) – A complaint has been filed with the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) against well-known YouTuber Rajab Butt and three other YouTubers over the alleged planning of Ducky Bhai’s kidnapping stunt.
According to the application, the accused include Haider Ali, Mann Dogar, and Rajab Butt, who allegedly ambushed and forcibly abducted Ducky Bhai’s brother, Muneeb, using Rajab Butt’s vehicle.
The complaint states that Rajab Butt and Mann Dogar covered Muneeb’s face with a black cloth and confined him inside the car, while Haider Ali recorded the entire incident on video. Muneeb was later locked inside a chicken cage, and the kidnapping video was made viral on social media.
The applicant further claimed that instead of pursuing legal action, Ducky Bhai personally went and recovered his brother, and uploaded a video of the entire episode on social media.
It was argued in the complaint that such viral videos promote lawlessness, violence, and extremism in society, particularly misleading children and young people by portraying crime as an acceptable act.
The petitioner maintained that the accused’s actions are against public morality, pose a serious threat to law and order, and constitute a clear violation of national laws, making them punishable offenses.
