ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Monday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members are not involved in “double-dealing” but in “five-fold dealing.”
In an exclusive conversation with Dunya News, Khawaja Asif said that politics should revolve around the country rather than individuals.
He expressed hope that the appointment of Mehmood Khan Achakzai as Opposition Leader in the National Assembly would uphold the dignity of the House, and added that the appointment of the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate would also be finalized soon.
Khawaja Asif further stated that all issues can be resolved if dialogue is carried out with sincerity, saying that the issue of appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner will also be settled.
