ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – at least 44 more Pakistani students and pilgrims have returned from Iran on Wednesday through the Pakistan-Iran border in Balochistan.
According to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the returnees include 11 students and 33 pilgrims who crossed into Pakistan through Gabad Rimdan border crossing in Gwadar district of Balochistan.
At least 377 Pakistani citizens including 142 students and 235 pilgrims have crossed into Pakistan from Iran during the last three days as violent anti-government protests grip several cities across Iran.
Pakistan shares a 909-kilometer border with Iran, stretching across Balochistan province, with several official crossings in Gwadar, Kech, Panjgur and Chaghi districts.
