11 Afghan nationals arrested in police operation near Sindh-Punjab border

A police spokesperson informed that cases have been registered against the arrested Afghan nationals, and all of them have been shifted to jail after completion of legal formalities.

GHOTKI (Dunya News) – At least 11 Afghan nationals were arrested during a major operation conducted by police near Sindh-Punjab border on Tuesday night, Dunya News reported.

According to details, officials from Ubauro Police Station arrested 11 people during the checking of suspicious individuals in the Sindh-Punjab border area for not possessing national identity cards.

Initial investigations revealed that the arrested Afghan individuals did not have passports or any legal documents.

A police spokesperson informed that cases have been registered against the arrested Afghan nationals, and all of them have been shifted to jail after completion of legal formalities.
