RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sisters -- Aleema Khan, Noreen Niazi, and Uzma Khan – ended their sit-in protest from outside Adiala Jail on Tuesday night.
After successful negotiations with the police, Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan, along with her two sisters, ended the sit-in protest and departed in their respective vehicles, while party workers at the protest site also headed back to their homes.
It pertinent to mention here that after not being allowed to meet the PTI founder, his sister Aleema Khan staged a sit-in at the Factory Naka (checkpoint) area near Adiala Jail for 11 hours. Senior PTI leaders Salman Akram Raja, Shaukat Basra, Shahid Khattak, and others were also present at the protest site.
