LAHORE (Dunya News) - Mr Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan, former Inspector General of Police, Punjab, and former Director General of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), delivered a thought-provoking lecture titled “Life and its Challenging Contours” at TECH Club.
Addressing a well-attended gathering, Aamir Zulfiqar Khan spoke about the major challenges confronting modern society. His lecture highlighted the pervasive influence of social media and artificial intelligence, the impact of familial adversity, the rising issues of drug abuse and alcoholism, parenting difficulties, and the growing prevalence of conditions such as autism and ADHD. He also focused on emotional stress and despondency, offering practical advice and strategies for navigating these challenges with resilience, responsibility, and balance.
Prof Dr Safdar Ali Malik, Convener of TECH Club and Vice President of TECH Society, emphasized the significance of forums like TECH Club in fostering intellectual discourse and raising awareness on pressing social issues.
