(Web Desk) - Renowned Indian YouTuber Dhruv Rathee has claimed to have exposed the reality behind the controversial Bollywood film Dhurandhar.

He said the film promotes propaganda and spreads hatred under the cover of cinema.

In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Dhruv Rathee stated that Dhurandhar shows Indian agencies hiring criminals for official roles. He said such portrayals raise serious questions about the narrative being promoted through mainstream films.

Rathee alleged that the film’s director, Aditya Dhar, has presented the same storyline that Pakistan often claims against India. He said the movie portrays a secret agent as a hero while normalizing actions that should be questioned rather than glorified.

The YouTuber strongly criticized director Aditya Dhar. He called him a disgrace to the name of art. He said filmmakers like him use cinema to fuel hatred instead of promoting creativity or truth.

Rathee further alleged that Aditya Dhar has gone to extreme lengths to please India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Dhruv Rathee also lashed out at Bollywood actors. He said many actors willingly work in hate-driven propaganda films. He questioned their moral responsibility and accused them of prioritizing money and fame over social accountability.

Referring to a dialogue in the film, Rathee said it states that an Indian’s biggest enemy is another Indian. He said such language is frequently used by Indian politicians against their opponents.

He added that these words are often directed at Muslims living in India.
