SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) – A low intensity explosion in Humayun area of Shikarpur, a city of Sindh province, partially damaged railway track on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the blast occurred soon after a train passed the track. Police and bomb disposal squad reached the site after getting information.
SSP Shahzaib Chachar also reached the spot after the explosion. He stated that despite the blast, the train track is safe and the railway line remains open for traffic.
Shahzaib Chachar further said that according to initial reports, the intensity of the explosion was low, and security in the area has been increased due to a potential threat.
