LAHORE (Dunya News) – A local court in Lahore has granted interim bail to TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak, alias Nadeem Naniwala, in a case related to the promotion of a gambling app.
Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ali Qureshi heard the interim bail petitions and approved interim bail for Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala until January 6, directing both accused to join the investigation.
The court also restrained the police from arresting Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala until January 6.
It is worth noting that Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala had filed their bail petitions through Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq.
Rajab Butt filed one bail petition, while Nadeem Naniwala filed bail petitions in two NCCIA cases. The NCCIA has registered cases against both individuals.
