Party sources say that the visit holds significance as Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is already in Lahore.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - President Asif Ali Zardari is scheduled to arrive in Lahore today on an official two-day visit, sources confirmed.

During his stay, the President will visit the residence of Member of National Assembly Samina Ghurki. He is likely to spend some time there before departing for Bilawal House, where further engagements have been planned.

Party sources say that the visit holds significance as Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is already in Lahore. The presence of both leaders in the provincial capital has fueled expectations of important political consultations and meetings over the next two days.

According to sources, key party matters, upcoming political strategies, and organisational affairs may come under discussion as the leadership gathers in Lahore. A series of internal meetings and interactions with party officials is likely, though no official schedule has been released so far.

Security arrangements have been tightened in anticipation of the President’s arrival, and relevant departments have been placed on alert.
