LAHORE (Muhammad Ashfaq) — Under the leadership of Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC), Ms. Aalia Neelum, the positive outcomes of judicial reforms have begun to surface, with more than 18,000 cases decided within just one month.

During November 2025, the Lahore High Court’s principal seat and its benches demonstrated remarkable performance under the judicial and case-management reforms introduced by Chief Justice Aalia Neelum. According to official figures, the court disposed of over 18,000 cases during this single month.

In November alone, the LHC received a total of 12,457 new cases, while the number of decided cases exceeded newly filed ones by 5,585 — a significant milestone welcomed by lawyers and litigants alike.

Thanks to the digital reforms initiated by Chief Justice Neelum, along with the introduction of automation and information technology in the judicial system, the speed of case disposal has greatly improved, enhancing public confidence in the courts.

On this occasion, Chief Justice Aalia Neelum stated that ensuring transparency and delivering timely justice remain the top priorities of the Lahore High Court. She reaffirmed the court’s commitment to making the justice system even more efficient and effective.
