Glenn Maxwell announces exit from IPL

Glenn Maxwell announced he will not participate in the IPL this season, expressing gratitude for past seasons. His decision follows similar moves by Faf du Plessis and Moeen Ali, who will play in PSL

(Web Desk) – Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has confirmed that he will not participate in the Indian Premier League (IPL) this season.

The star player announced his decision on Instagram, stating that after several memorable seasons, he has chosen not to enter his name for the IPL auction this year.

In his post, Maxwell expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to have played alongside world-class players throughout his IPL career. He thanked fans for their unwavering support during his time in the tournament.

Maxwell’s exit from the IPL comes on the heels of similar announcements from South Africa’s Faf du Plessis and England’s Moeen Ali, both of whom will be featuring in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) this year instead.
