KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan’s stock market started the new trading week on a positive note as investors showed renewed confidence.
At the opening bell, the KSE-100 Index jumped more than 500 points, reaching 167,229 points. By the close of trading, the index had climbed 1,384 points to settle at 168,062 points, reflecting a strong day of buying activity.
Last week ended on a high, with the KSE-100 Index gaining 1,304 points to finish at 166,677 points, setting the stage for another bullish start this week.
Market analysts say the upbeat start shows investors are optimistic, and the market is on an upward swing, with more gains likely if the positive trend continues.
