ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing of the case involving Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri’s degree dispute for 1 December 2025.
The case, which has drawn significant attention, will be heard by Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan.
The Supreme Court had earlier directed that the matter of whether the case is admissible should be decided first.
The issue came under scrutiny following claims and disputes regarding the authenticity of Justice Jahangiri's academic qualifications.
The case had previously been set for hearing on November 25th but was postponed without any proceedings.
The upcoming hearing will address whether the case is eligible for further legal review, as ordered by the Supreme Court.
