Maryam Nawaz thanks people for PML-N's strong victory in by-elections

She added that chapter of hatred, chaos, and unrest has ended, and a new era of service and progress has begun

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has expressed gratitude over the Pakistan Muslim League (N)’s impressive success in the by-elections.

She congratulated the newly elected members of the National and Provincial Assemblies and conveyed her best wishes.

Maryam Nawaz said, “Alhamdulillah — the people of Pakistan have once again honoured those who serve the nation. The chapter of hatred, chaos, and unrest has ended, and a new era of service and progress has begun. Times have changed, priorities have changed, and Pakistan is moving forward — now service will earn the mandate.”

She added that the clear victory of PML-N is a message from the public to accelerate the country’s journey toward development. Maryam Nawaz further stated, “The people have spoken clearly: only those who work will receive votes. Even the ballot box carries the message that Pakistan needs a bright future, not conflict and disorder.”
