Islamabad court issues arrest warrants for Gandapur in liquor and arms case

Islamabad district court issues arrest warrants for former KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur in an alcohol and firearms case after his repeated absence. Next hearing set for November 29.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A district and session courts has issued arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with a case involving the recovery of alcohol and firearms.

The case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti, who noted that Ali Amin Gandapur failed to appear in court.

Due to his repeated absence, the court issued arrest warrants and ordered his immediate detention. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for November 29.

The case against Gandapur was filed at the Bara Kahu police station in Islamabad.
