HARIPUR (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi warned that something big is about to happen very soon in the country.

Addressing a public gathering in Haripur district, Afridi said that Pakistan’s most popular leader and his wife are in jail, while the PTI chief’s sisters were subjected to torture outside Adiala Jail.

He said that the PTI leader and his family are giving sacrifices for the country, urging people to vote for PTI in the by-election on the 23rd.

He warned that if the administration or police attempted rigging, “the consequences will not be good.”

Senior PTI leader Omar Ayub said that he was sentenced to 50 years for remaining loyal to the PTI chief, claiming that he had bravely resisted a “fascist government.”

He stated that 766 cases were registered against him, including charges of murder and terrorism.

He said his loyalty would always remain with the PTI founder, adding, “PML-N is a bloodthirsty party and responsible for the martyrdom of our workers.”

PTI leader Junaid Akbar condemned the incident involving Imran Khan’s sisters, saying that water supply from Haripur to Islamabad and from Donga Gali to Murree should be cut off to initiate an “open confrontation” with the federal government.
