ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that the final opportunity for pilgrims to pay their dues for the 2026 government Hajj scheme has been extended by three days.
According to a ministry spokesperson, the extension aims to help pilgrims stay on track with their payments. Applicants are required to submit their second installment by November 19, failing which their Hajj application will be cancelled.
The spokesperson urged all pilgrims to wrap up their payments before the deadline to avoid disappointment. This step is part of the government’s effort to smooth the process and ensure that all registered pilgrims can participate in the upcoming Hajj season without any hiccups.
Officials reminded pilgrims that timely payments are crucial, and anyone missing the deadline will lose their spot, as the authorities will strictly enforce the rules.
