RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan, sister of incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan for the 10th time in connection with the November 26 protest case.

The hearing was conducted by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court. Aleema Khan once again failed to appear before the court, while 10 other accused attended the proceedings and were allowed to leave after marking their attendance.

Defence counsel Faisal Malik informed the court that Aleema Khan would not appear today either, arguing that they had already challenged the inclusion of terrorism charges, claiming the case does not fall under anti-terror laws.

The court ordered that Aleema Khan be arrested and produced on November 17, adjourning the hearing until that date. It also sought updated details of her properties in Islamabad and Punjab, and issued show-cause notices to two bank managers for failing to freeze her accounts as ordered.

Earlier, the court had issued nine arrest warrants for Aleema Khan, directing her arrest and production in court today, while also summoning five witnesses in the case.

The case, registered at Sadiqabad Police Station, involves Aleema Khan and 10 others who are accused of arson, interference in government affairs, and inciting party workers to violent protest.
