MURIDKE (Dunya News) – A 12-year-old boy lost his life when a pistol with which he was playing went off accidently in a village here on Monday.
According to police, the incident took place in Rati Gugran. The boy, who was the student of class two, got the pistol of his father and started playing with it, when it went off accidently, killing him on the spot. Police were investigating.
A few days ago, in Narowal three students of a school sustained wounds when their classmate’s pistol, which he had brought from his house, went off. Such incidents are not unusual in our society. Onus lies on the elders of children to keep their weapons away from them.
